Verification from Nebraska to Another Licensing Board

To request a verification of your Nebraska license and/or exam be sent to another licensing board, you may email the licensing board’s verification form to connie.belt@nebraska.gov. Please include instructions on who and how the verification will be submitted if it is not on the form, along with your license number or exam(s) to be verified.

Nebraska does not charge a fee for this service.

Verification to Nebraska from Another Licensing Board

If you need a verification sent to Nebraska in support of an application, send the Verification of Licensure or Examination of an Architect Form to the verifying board to be completed. The verifying board will need to submit the completed form directly to us. The form may be emailed to nbea.office@nebraska.gov, faxed to 402-471-0787, or sent by mail.

You will need to contact the verifying board to determine if there is a fee or other requirements for this service.
